Under construction | 2007 | Vitoria | The buildings have a special way of dialogue with the enviroment. The geometry frames the landscape and the glazed façades break the surrounding views, the sky, the vegetal background of the nearby Alava Natural Park. Thus the proyect means a tribute to the fantastic enviroment of this part of Alava.
The double façade provide to the buildings an air mattres that increase thermical insulation by reducing losses in winter and producing air circulation in summer. Thus the air conditioning requirements minimizes and saves greats amounts of energy.
