Built | 1999 | Huesca | Offices | The new Headquarters are to be installed on the ground floor of a sober, well proportionate 14-storey housing tower. This tall building is constructed with a dense earthquake-resistant structure, with a core of elevators and utility rooms. The building is surrounded by playing fields and public sidewalks among landscaped gardens.
Efforts have been made to prevent the role of the ground floor as a link between a towering construction and the city.
It was also important that the users of these new offices should enjoy the surrounding parkland. This offices program is grouped into uncovered work areas to allow an open-plan space with a floor to ceiling glazed perimeter.
