Transformed | 1999 | Huesca | The new Headquarters are to be installed on the ground floor of a sober, well proporcionated 14 house-storey housing block. This tall building is constructed with a dense earthquake-resistant structure, with centralized lifts and utilities units. It is surrounded by playing fields and publics thoroughtfares among landscapes gardens. Efforts have been made to prevent the commercial outlet from being independet of the weight , valuing instead its role as a link between a towering construction and the city. It was also important that the users of these new offices should enjoy the surrounding parkland.This offices program is grouped into uncovered work areas to allow an open-plan space on the ground floor, with the flats overheaded, and the frontage around the whole perimeter is glazed.
