Built | 2006 | Zaragoza | The premises subject to change constitute a total area of 2,120 m2 of office space on the first floor, a lower floor of 47 m2 with direct connection to the street and a basement of 90 m2 that could be used as a file or storage. The office floor has pleasant views to the outside and plenty of natural light through three consecutive facades. Tenor Fleta Street, towards which the main facade of the offices and the access floor are located, is an urban road well connected to the city center and very recognizable by the public.
The office space is a "capable ground", an area used as a workspace but also transformable. All work places have access to all facilities, exterior views and natural light. Community spaces occur in continuity with the offices, which in turn receive the access, so that the visitor understands the overall display and easily locate each place.
There are two distinct singular areas. In the area located on the west facade the management offices and the boardroom are distributed. In the East area there are all the areas of facilities, general services and multipurpose halls.
The new perimeter of the space, corrects the visually the excessive height of the existing windows in relation to the ground and the size of the invasive facade columns. Natural light dives from the sloping white surfaces and produces various intensities and changeable paths, which in turn are projected onto the floor of sycamore wood, reflected in the interior linings of polished stainless steel and penetrate the polycarbonate prisms which secure the ceiling facilities. Across the openings now re-surrounded of white, the exterior and the «architectural» space are addressed mutually.
