Built | 1999 | Oyarzun | On the rolling surface of the hill, a rectangular park of birch and hazel has been created. This landscape area is crossed by a new thoroughtfare conecting the building to the motorway and the main road network.
The programs of requirements for the police services to be carried out for this center calls for a wide range of differente functions, users, timetables and the flow of people, vehicles and objects to be concentrate into a single building. These elements are in many cases incompatibles, and at the same time very specific nad requiring very precise mutual relationships. These factors converted this buildings into a complex system of interwowen "stills".
