Proyect | 2003 | Lejona |The objetive of the proposal is to keep the innocence of the site. Two calm light pieces of architecture open up and let the landscape passes throught. The natural slopes and the way the constructions and natural site adapt one each other, contrasts with the hightway and the industrial constructions so common around there. The building increases the size of the nearby public park enlarging its limits till the begining of the city.
The water in basque culture is a basic element not only in the ground but also in the sky and the atmosphere. As a result, the edificaction handle water in the pools but also rainwater on the irregular roof that produces beans of natural light and multiple shinings.
